Erol Kaya graduated from Kocaeli University Faculty of Law in 1998. He has been practicing as an attorney since 1999 and joined Mutlu Attorney Partnership in 2002. During this period, he offered his expertise and experience in banking, interest-free finance and special finance institutions legislation, commercial law, law of obligations, consumer law, execution and bankruptcy law, and the follow-up and resolution of problems related to financial leasing, concordat, tied credits, leases, pledges and mortgages to the Bank, and provided trainings and seminars on these subjects for the Bank’s personnel. Erol Kaya is a mediator registered with the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice
In 2007, Erol Kaya became a partner and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of our Partnership.
Erol Kaya has represented the Participation Banks Association of Türkiye in studies such as financial restructuring legislation and contract studies, concordat, electronic foreclosure legislation and practices, and contributed to these studies.
Erol Kaya provides legal assistance and consultancy services to our Partnership’s clients in the fields of client relations, consultancy services, interest-free finance, participation banking, execution and bankruptcy, financial leasing, commercial law, law of obligations, consumer law, as well as general administration of execution proceedings and lawsuits.
