ATTY. BERK TUNCEL

Berk Tuncel graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2005 and completed his master’s program in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University Institute of Social Sciences in 2010. Berk Tuncel joined our team in 2015 while working as a self-employed attorney and became a partner in 2018. 

Berk Tuncel is assigned in the litigation and advisory department of our Partnership and has mainly assisted our Partnership’s clients in the areas of consultancy services, project finance, foreign trade, contract negotiations, as well as the preparation of corporate policies and codes of practice on personal data protection and foreign exchange law. On behalf of Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, he contributed to the legislative work on electronic cheques, electronic bonds and electronic letters of guarantee conducted by the Banks Association of Türkiye. 

Berk Tuncel brings his knowledge of commercial law, law of obligations, banking law, electricity market legislation, intellectual and industrial rights legislation, IT law, public procurement legislation, administrative law and mining law to the clients of our Partnership. 

Berk Tuncel is fluent in English.
