Mutlu Attorney Partnership was established in Istanbul in February 2002 with the aim of providing consultancy services to real and legal persons in all kinds of personal and commercial relationships, taking preventive measures to prevent problems and potential legal risks before they arise, as well as producing and implementing solutions to the problems that have already occurred, in accordance with the law and the benefit of the client, in a conclusive, accurate, comprehensive, effective, high quality and fast manner.
In 2011, Mutlu Attorney Partnership acted as the legal advisor of the issuer in the issuance of Türkiye’s first lease certificate (Sukuk) amounting to USD 350,000,000 by KT Sukuk Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. and was awarded the Türkiye Deal of the Year award.
Again in 2015, it acted as the legal advisor of the issuer in the issuance of the lease certificate (Sukuk) amounting to RM 800,000,000 Malaysian Ringgit by KT Kira Sertifikaları Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. and was awarded the Türkiye Deal of the Year award.
