ATTY. TAMER AYDIN

Tamer Aydın graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2003. He has been practicing in our Partnership as an attorney since 2004 and as a partner attorney since 2012. 

During this period, he offered his expertise and experience to the Bank’s service, especially in the follow-up and resolution of problems related to execution and bankruptcy law, financial leasing, pledges and mortgages, and also provided trainings and seminars for the Bank’s personnel on these issues. He also participated in many workshops within the BKM representing the Participation Banks regarding the regulation of credit card contracts and contributed to the preparation of credit card contracts. 

Tamer AYDIN is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of our Partnership and continues to provide services related to follow-up and resolution of problems related to execution and bankruptcy law, financial leasing, pledges and mortgages in the Individual Execution Follow-up units of our Partnership. 

Tamer AYDIN is fluent in English.
